Who? God's Girls is just for girls ages 6th grade through college. It is sponsored by congregations of the Churches of Christ in Western Pennsylvania and by Ohio Valley University.
What? God's Girls is a youth rally/conference. In many ways, it will resemble typical youth rallies, but it will also have lots of "girlie" touches that you don't see at normal youth rallies, like fashion shows and crafts!
When? God's Girls will be held Saturday, October 24, 2009. Registration will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The conference will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will end around 8:00 p.m.
Where? God's Girls will be held at the Holiday Park Church of Christ near Monroeville, PA. The building is located at 1510 Abers Creek Road in Plum.
Is There Housing on Friday Night? Member families of the Holiday Park Church of Christ are offering housing on Friday night, October 24, to groups attending the God’s Girls Youth Rally on October 25. If your group would prefer to travel on Friday night, instead of early Saturday morning, or if your group would like to make a “weekend event” of the God’s Girls Youth Rally, you are welcome to stay as our guests on Friday night.
We are also able to make arrangements for
housing on Saturday night as well. Just let us know what you need!

Why? Because God loves us! He has a plan and a purpose for each and every one of us, and we want to celebrate that purpose and learn to understand it.
The world is constantly bombarding our teen and college-aged girls with distorted perspectives on relationships, God, success, morality, sexuality and many other topics. At God's Girls, we hope our message of God's perfect plan and purpose for each of His daughters is LOUDER THAN THE WORLD'S MESSAGE!
How Much? We are asking each participant for a $5 donation to cover some of the costs associated with the rally. But, we also want to make it very clear that everyone is welcome and urged to attend, whether she has the $5.00 or not. We do not want anyone to be hindered form hearing God’s valuable message to young women.
In addition, attendees will need to bring enough money to purchase "lunch on the town." There are several fast food restaurants within a couple miles of the church building.
We will also have T-Shirts available for purchase at a minimal cost.
